Where Can I find my PIN?

PINs are 8-digit alpha-numeric codes (Format : AB123456) Here is an example of where your PIN is located on your 110th Anniversary Giveaway game tickets:

Why am I getting a CSRF token message?

This problem usually occurs because the web browser on your computer is probably outdated.

Here is all you need to do:

  1. Download an Up to Date Web Browser. We suggest either:
    Google Chrome
    Or Mozilla Firefox
  2. Follow the instructions on either of those links to download the browser and install on your computer.
  3. In your new web browser, go to www.110Anniversary.com and then click on Sign-Up to create an account or if you have already signed up.

How do I sign-up for the contest?

To sign-up for the contest, simply click Sign-Up and complete all required information on the Registration Form.

I don’t have an email address, how do I sign-up?

There are many free email services available on the Internet. We recommend MSN Hotmail or Yahoo! Mail. Follow the links to set up a new email account.

Can I use the same email address for more than one account?

Unfortunately, our system can only handle one email address per person, so one person should get a new email address. See common questions about getting a free email account through your web browser.

I’ve forgotten my password, what should I do?

How can I change my contact information (phone number, email etc.)?

How do I remove myself from the contest?

To remove yourself from the contest click here. Note all of your ballots you have entered will be removed.

How do I get a game ticket?

Visit your participating Sobeys, Foodland & participating Co-ops, Needs, Sobeys express or Lawtons Drugs store through November 1, 2017 to receive 1 Game ticket with every qualifying transaction.

Plus, purchase any of the weekly Featured Products and earn Bonus Game Tickets.

How do I get a game ticket without making a purchase?

You can obtain a Game Ticket without making a purchase by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Sobeys 110th Anniversary Giveaway, c/o P.O. Box 3009, M.I.P. Markham, ON L3R 6G4. Requests must be postmarked by November 1, 2017 and received by November 8, 2017. Limit one request per day; one request per outer mailing envelope. No mechanically reproduced or computer-generated requests allowed.

I am having problems entering my PIN

PIN’s are 8-digit Alpha-numeric codes (Format: AB123456), please check to see you entered the PIN format correctly. If you receive a message that your PIN has already been entered, please click on the ACCOUNT tab to check if you have already entered your PIN. If you are still having issues, please email us at gamemaster@110Anniversary.com.

How Do I Know If I’m an Online Winner?

If you are drawn in the online portion of the contest you will receive a phone call or email from us with further instructions to claim your prize. Please note that we will contact you using the information you provided when you completed our online registration form to SIGN-UP. A minimum of three attempts will be made to contact the winner.

What is a captcha?

A captcha is a security feature on our web page. When you click on the box that says “I’m not a robot,” some images should appear, please click on the images that correspond to the question above the pictures.

Why is my account locked?

Your account has been automatically locked because you made too many incorrect attempts to enter a PIN. Please email us at gamemaster@110Anniversary.com to request for your account to be unlocked. Please note, if your account is locked again because of too many incorrect PIN attempts, it will remain locked and you will be disqualified from the promotion.

Can I mail in more than one Double Up Sweepstakes entry in an envelope?

Yes you may submit more than one Double Up Sweepstakes entry in an envelope. Download more Double Up Sweepstakes ballots here.

Do I need to keep my game tickets once I have entered my PIN?

No, once you have entered your PIN online, you may discard your game ticket. You can view your PIN entries under the ACCOUNT tab.

How do I claim a collect to win prize?

Please visit your local participating Sobeys, Foodland & participating Co-ops, Needs, Sobeys express or Lawtons Drugs store and ask for a ‘Collect to Win Submission Kit’. Follow the instructions in the kit to submit your prize. Please make a photocopy of your submission to keep for your records and submit the original copy to us.

What are some important dates to remember?

  • Last day to get game tickets in store: November 1, 2017
  • Last day to enter your PINs: November 15, 2017
  • Last day to redeem any instant prizes discounts: November 15, 2017
  • Collect to Win submissions must be received on or before: November 22, 2017
  • Double Up Sweepstakes entries must be received on or before: November 22, 2017
